Shows a straw yellow with greenish highlights in the glass. Hints of golden apple, pear and quince. The palate is fresh thanks to a marked savoriness and appealing acidity. Little persistence and an all-fruit finish. Also appreciated as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers and fish dishes. 


Vermentino IGP, Poggio al Lupo, Tuscany, 12.5% - 6.5€/25€.

Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, citrus and floral notes emerge on the nose where mineral elements of graphite are well integrated. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and with great balance. Ideal served with fish appetizers and first courses


Viognier IGP, La Carraia, Umbria, 12.5% - $6/€18

Brilliant straw yellow wine with distinct floral notes of white rose petals, linden, acacia and broom. In the mouth it is light and fresh. It presents a full and balanced structure. Excellent with shellfish and all fish dishes.


Gewurztraminer Cantina di Caldaro Kaltern 2021, 14% - 6.5€/27€

A 100% Gewurztraminer, it presents itself to the eye with a straw-yellow color, full and energetic. The scents that envelop the nose recall typically exotic sensations, ranging from lychee to pineapple, passing also through light hints of rose petals.


Ribolla Gialla - €6/€21

A fresh and floral wine, the taste is full and its acidity enhances the fruit (green apple) excellent with lean fish appetizers. 


Chardonnay - €6/€21

Wine with pronounced bouquet that enhances varietal elegance reminiscent of white-fleshed fruit, exotic fruit, apple, white flowers and bread crust, taste is full, firm and smooth.


Sauvignon - €6/€21

Very aromatic wine, reminiscent of citrus peppers and tomato. Savory and fresh on the palate quite persistent. Excellent with more elaborate fish dishes. 


Chardonnay - €6/€21

Straw yellow, floral and fruity notes, we find white and yellow flowers, cedar, hints of peach, apple and pear and mineral stamps of chalk and flint


Pinot Grigio €6/€22

Straw yellow, fruity and floral nose with notes of apple, pear, hay and jasmine. Fresh on the palate, moderate body. Ideal with slightly fatty fish dishes such as salmon, as it balances acidity/freshness.


Etna Bianco €30

Mandrarossa, sentiero delle gerle - Straw yellow, with golden hues. The nose has a pleasant finesse; it expresses itself with hints of yellow fruits and notes of white flowers. The palate reveals itself to be ample and rich, with balanced acidity and a harmonious finish.


Red Wine

Syrah La Carraia, 13.5% - 6,50€/25€.

Impenetrable ruby ​​red wine with purple reflections, releases notes of blueberry, pink pepper, violets, sandalwood oil and cinnamon on the nose. In the mouth it is balanced between alcohol and velvety tannins, with flavors of ripe cherries with a soft finish.


Etna Rosso €30

Mandrarossa, sentiero delle gerle - Garnet red to the eye, it expresses complex sensations of currants, blackberries, plums, spices and coffee on the nose. The taste is full-bodied and excellently balanced, thanks to the elegant tannins and discreet freshness, which contributes to its persistence.



Sparkling Wine

MITO Spumante Extra Dry, Ca' di Rajo, Veneto, 11% - 6€/20€.

It shows a beautiful straw yellow with bright greenish reflections in the glass, with fine and persistent perlage. The nose releases a scent of acacia flowers of good intensity, followed by particular notes of apple, lemon and grapefruit. Good structure, balanced and savory, the palate is pleasant and harmonious perfect for earthy appetizers, fish crudites and fried foods.


Prosecco D.O.C €22


Borgo del Principe, pale straw yellow in colour, numerous bubbles, offers a bouquet of white flowers, such as lime, and herbaceous notes. It has marked freshness and tanginess, and is medium-bodied and balanced.
